Visitors located in the United States are not permitted to browse SYJIA, nor may they click, stream, or view any videos or advertisements hosted on this site. We take proactive measures to prevent access from United States IP addresses, including IP blocking and warning dialogs.

Because IP detection cannot guarantee 100% accuracy, visitors who are currently in the United States must leave SYJIA.CC immediately. Continuing to use the site from a prohibited region violates these Terms of Use.

SYJIA does not act as a producer (primary or secondary) of any content that appears on SYJIA.CC. SYJIA is a video sharing platform that enables the uploading, sharing, and viewing of a variety of adult-oriented content. While we review submissions for compliance with applicable policies, we cannot guarantee perfect accuracy.

Compliance Measures

To help ensure legal compliance, SYJIA follows these practices:

• Requiring every uploader to be at least 18 years of age before submitting any content.
• Mandating that uploaders verify the legality of each submission, confirm they are 18 years of age or older, and certify that they maintain age-verification records for every individual appearing in the content.
• Providing a dedicated compliance contact channel for additional support or information about the origin of any video hosted on the platform.

SYJIA users may flag content as inappropriate. If any material is reported as illegal, unlawful, harassing, harmful, offensive, or otherwise violates these Terms of Use, SYJIA will remove it from the platform without delay.

Copyright Notifications

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used in a way that constitutes infringement, please send a detailed notice to SYJIA’s designated copyright agent at abuse@SYJIA.CC. Your notification must include:

• A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right allegedly infringed.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works on SYJIA.CC.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, or to be the subject of infringing activity, along with information reasonably sufficient to permit SYJIA to locate the material.
• Information reasonably sufficient to permit SYJIA to contact the complaining party, such as a name, mailing address, telephone number, and—if available—an email address.
• A statement that the complaining party has a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, the copyright owner’s agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
